If you are receiving a error message of 'user does not exist' when you enter your details, you do not have an online account registered to your profile. Having an online account is not necessary for making purchases with us and completing online registration is a separate process.
Please press the small 'register' button at the bottom of the log in box and complete your details. You will then be sent an email to the email address provided to verify your account. Once logged in, if you are unable to see your current snow card details under 'my profile', please do not hesitate to get in touch with our team via our 'contact us' page.
Ensure that you did not register using a Facebook or Google log in, too.
