Adult, Youth & Senior Season Pass holders have been issued Buddy Passes for the year, so if you have a user account for whakapapa.com, you should see these while logged in under Profile>My Vouchers.
Some guests have been unable to view their vouchers because their user account profile and Season Pass profile aren't linked. Our system matches profiles using your first name, last name and date of birth, so when you create a user account for our website with your email address or social media profile, your details need to exactly match the name and date of birth on your pass profile. For example, if the name on your pass is Joseph Bloggs, do not create a user account using the name Joe Bloggs. Always double-check you have entered your date of birth correctly.
