If you have unsubscribed from any of our promotional or pass-related emails at any time, we are unable to send you any emails of this type again until you update your preferences directly in our email Marketing system. This means that if you've ever unsubscribed via the link at the bottom of one of our emails or asked to be removed from our mailing list, you won't receive our emails. Luckily, this is easy to fix!
You can log in to your Whakapapa profile, and ensure the "Receive Newsletter" button is ticked. This can be found in your 'My Profile" section.
