The Season Pass Warranty is an optional add-on allowing a full or partial refund if injury, illness, or pregnancy prevents use for the season. Proof (e.g. doctor’s certificate) is required.
Refunds are based on days used and limited to the value of the pass. The warranty fee is non-refundable. The warranty can only be added at the time of the Season Pass purchase.
Refunds under the Warranty will be calculated on a pro-rata basis: for each day the pass has been used, the equivalent value of one Weekend Day Pass will be deducted from the refund amount.
Evidence will be required when submitting your claim. Any application for refund or partial credit must be made on or before 15 October 2026. Requests after this date will not be considered. The Season Pass warranty fee is non-refundable. Requests must be made in writing to info@whakapapa.com
