Where should I go for my lesson?
The meeting point for Level 1 - 3 group lessons will be just inside the ticket gates in Happy Valley. Please look for the Snow School flags located to the right of the ticket gates.
The meeting point for Level 4 & 5 group lessons will be at the top of the Sky Waka - on snow, outside the Knoll Ridge Chalet. (Please allow extra time to get up the Sky Waka).
Private lessons are in HV unless you have had confirmation otherwise.
Our instructors can be identified by their blue uniform jacket.
All lesson participants must be at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to the lesson start time, prepared and ready to go.

When do I need to arrive for my lesson?
We recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before your lesson, especially during peak times (School holidays and Weekends). During off peak times (Weekdays) we recommend 60 minutes before your lesson.
