Group & Private Lessons (including Group Lesson packages)
  1. May be rescheduled or refunded in full, if requested more than 48 hours in advance of the lesson start time
  2. A 25% admin fee applies to any requests made within 48-24 hours of lesson start time
  3. No refund is available for any requests made within 24 hours of lesson start time
  4. Will be refunded in full if the Ski Area is closed due to weather
Snowland Ticket, Snowland Combo, and sightseeing ticket 
  1. Snowland ticket or Snowland Combo may be rescheduled or refunded in full, if requested more than 24 hours in advance of the start time
  2. There is no refund available for Snowland ticket or Snowland Combo for any requests made within 24 hours of start time
  3. Snowland ticket or Snowland Combo will be refunded in full if the Sky Waka gondola and Snowland area are closed due to weather
  4. Individual sightseeing tickets may be used on any day during the winter 2026 season. If the Sky Waka gondola is closed on the day of your visit you may request a refund.
