How long does it take to return rentals?
It depends on how long it takes you to get boots and clothing off!
The rental team is on hand to help remove boots as well, but we don't generally have queues for returns. You can drop your gear off and then head home.
Rentals need to be returned BEFORE 4pm as we close AT 4pm. Our team needs time to get things put away, hang up clothing to dry, and then be on time to catch their staff bus.

Can I pick up my day rentals beforehand?
No, our rental gear can only be collected the day of. Unfortunately our system doesn't allow picking items up early. They will show up as overdue in our system and we don't want to reprimand people for that.
