How long does it take to pick up rentals?
Queuing times for either of our rental buildings vary throughout the season. The time from when guests arrive in the rental building, to when they get on the snow takes on average around 30 minutes (depending on the size of whanau or any size adjustments needed for any gear being rented).
Anyone booked in to a lesson or programme is recommended to arrive on mountain around 90 minutes before their lesson is due to start, in anticipation for any queues.

Can I pick up my day rentals beforehand?
No, our rental gear can only be collected the day of. Unfortunately our system doesn't allow picking items up early. They will show up as overdue in our system and we don't want to reprimand people for that.
