Head to this link https://buy.whakapapa.com/account/friends select 'Add new' and enter the code. This will then pop up with their details and you can select your relationship to them and add them to your profile. 
If any of their details need changing you will need to reach out to Guest Services. 

If you do not have a 2026 pass then a 'MyPass' code will not be available, these are assigned to a guest upon purchasing a pass. 
In order to purchase a pass for someone who is not in your friends or family head to the product you are wanting to purchase. 
Click on 'Add A New Person' and add to cart

You can then head to the checkout where you will be prompted to add in the guest's details and you can proceed to payment.
